Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 24 years
Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities & Context:
Take over the shift from previous shift In-charge.
To follow Buyer Requirement and do the according to work.
Formulate a standard recipe for the finishing chemicals, as required and communicate to Asst. Manager / Manager for chemical conformation
Check daily production report and take necessary step.
To give machine wise recipe program.
To give recipe adjustment and match.
Check PH of recipe after chemical solution, Fabric pH,
Check Fabric absorbency/ hand feel/ recovery and other quality of the finish fabric.
To ensure daily housekeeping of working area and machine.
To ensure all of the shift people work achievement, Discipline & right environment.
