Job Responsibilities:
∎ Declare PO wise hourly production qty to ERP;
∎ Follow up shipment plan and achieve set packing
∎ targets;
∎ Optimize end line finishing manpower allocation and manpower turnover, absenteeism as per plan;
∎ Maintain specified poly to ship ratio and ensure a 100% final inspection pass rate;
∎ Ensure PO closing from sewing as per PFD;
∎ Ensure after wash to finishing activities as per plan;
∎ Have to provide finishing accessories booking as per T&A.
