∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide positive motivation and direct/lead the efforts of the shift to meet or exceed production goals
∎ Ensure smooth execution of overall finishing of apparels as per the buyers' specifications and meet the shipment schedule
∎ Take the ownership to achieve the goal and accomplishing the job target
∎ Make finishing production plans on regular basis
∎ Execute the plans and reach the target set by the company
∎ Work closely with Quality Assurance department to ensure the required standard of finished garments
∎ Ensure minimizing of left over garment
∎ Ensure stock report, daily wastage report and all other types of
∎ report
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by management
