Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to take shipment plan from planning department;
∎ Assist to prepare priority chart of buyer, order, style, color & size wise;
∎ Follow up continuous production and allocate right person to the right place to improve productivity;
∎ Assist to follow-up finishing accessories input on time;
∎ Maintain regular communications between sewing & quality to ensure good quality garments;
∎ Assist to follow-up on time delivery to achieve buyers’ satisfaction, ensure excess shipment and also achieve cut to ship ratio as per plan;
∎ Maintain companies COC and buyer’s compliance related issue.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both male and female are allowed to apply.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
