Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Banking
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-3 years’ experience working in/with Financial Institutions is preferred.
∎ BBA/MBA in Finance/Economics from any recognized Public/Private University.
∎ Basic understanding of Financial Institutions, products and services.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Adept in MS Office and Google Suite.
∎ Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

∎ Maintaining liaison with Internal & External stakeholders.
∎ Launching and coordinating projects with Financial Institutions.
∎ Identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks or challenges in the projects to optimize efficiency.
∎ Availing financing from financial institutions for different verticals of the business.
∎ Ideating and preparing concept papers for new financial products related to the Agri industry.
∎ Developing new financial products & services and customizing existing products to integrate them into Agri-value chain.
∎ Facilitating the launching of financial products as well as conducting pre-launch & post launch analysis and overseeing new products after launch.
∎ Monitoring and tracking the status of financial products’ performance through analysis for decision making.
∎ Documenting various policies & guidelines of Regulatory bodies and implementing them.
