Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make Master Production Schedule at knitting, dyeing dept. for the in-hand orders and follow-up overall supply-chain management of the total work flow
∎ Coordinate with R&D, Lab, Batch, Knitting & Dyeing dept.
∎ Give the dyeing & finishing plan to ensure the maximum production in dyeing section
∎ Demand forecasting of yarn of the in-hand orders, giving requisition to the procurement team for procurement and sourcing for right time.
∎ Monthly production and capacity planning (based on MPS) for the knitting-dyeing and providing decisions.
∎ Analyzing critical path of the total production flow from receiving yarn to the shipment and identifying discrepancies and taking necessary actions
∎ Flow-up & monitor Yarn sourcing, Knitting & dyeing production.
∎ Liaison with Knitting, dyeing, procurement, R&D, Lab & sewing dept as well as merchandisers/buyers.
∎ Ensuring on time & appropriate work-flow for deliver best quality fabric in just time.
∎ Proper record keeping & serve report to the concern dept. as pro-actively.
∎ Follow instruction of head of the dept. & do accordingly.
∎ Any other responsibility assigns by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong command over MS Office
∎ Good Fabric Knowledge
∎ Very good team player
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skill
∎ Strong organisational, time management, and analytical skills
