Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install and configure various network devices including CISCO Router, Switch & Firewall.
∎ Configure various network services including routing, switching and VPN within LAN & WAN environments.
∎ Install and maintain different types of application servers running on windows and Linux platform.
∎ Installing operating systems (windows and Linux), office applications and antivirus on servers, desktops and laptops.
∎ Monitor network performance and ensure system availability.
∎ Installation & configuration of a company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications.
∎ Diagnosing and solving hardware or software problems.
∎ Remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
∎ Performing electrical safety checks on the company’s computer equipment.
∎ Ensure smooth running of all IT equipment and services.- Maintain all kinds of document of IT department.
∎ IT equipment/assets Management.
