The incumbent must be a Graduate in engineering from reputed institutions (EEE/ME/METE)
Preferable 1-2 years of experience in Sales in a large national or multinational organization.
Required key skills (functional/technical)
Should have good technical knowledge of all the products.
Good techno-commercial skills
Good innovative skills for introducing new sales strategies.
Good IT skills
Strong communications skills (effective presentations at all levels & negotiation)
Deep understanding of business-to-business product marketing
Job responsibilities
Achieve sales target on time.
Increase the prospect of existing products by exploring new markets and other potential avenues.
Timely collection of outstanding or credit revenues from the customers
Handling of the dealers for their proper management
Introduce new sales strategies to beat the competitors and capture the cream of the market.
Obtain market information including competitors’ activities from various internal and external channels and keep the management informed.
Visit customer, dealers, institutional customers in regular basis.
Preparing different reports e.g. sales, visit etc. as directed by LM
Assist in short/mid/long term planning and other activities.
Assist performing administrative jobs related to sales centre like staff administration, VAT, Safety etc.
