∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Ecommerce is preferable
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Digital marketing to target customers
∎ Skilled in product development as per guidance from supervisor
∎ Facebook page content upload with picture & price.
∎ Sales Order create into the ERP system, collected from Facebook page.
∎ Round the clock responses and Contact with customers for order confirmation.
∎ Manage web content and the e-commerce product database including attribute determination, product selection, and content writing
∎ Contact with customer, communicate with delivering company, as well as be the POC for relevant 3rd party stakeholders
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only third genders are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Products
∎ Creative problem solver with excellent follow-up skills
∎ Must be dependable, consistent, and be able to manage multiple task
∎ Ability to identify errors and omissions and formulate a correction/prevention plan
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Excellent Customer Service Experience
