Knowledge about efficient Finishing operations, Chemicals, Finishing costing, quality parameters, and management reporting

Responsibilities & Context:
Analyze the booking sheet to identify fabrication, booking quantity of greige and finished fabrics quantity
Calculate the process loss e.g. chemical dozing, heat set, reprocessing, fabric cutting etc.
Oversee the held-up batches to ensure job closing
Work closely with the Planning Department to recover the short quantity of fabric
