∎ MBA/ Masters from reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & Execute the Company's business strategies for non-revenue departmental operation in order to attain the goals of the organization.
∎ Communicate and maintain trust relationships with stakeholders, business partners and authorities delegate responsibilities and supervise guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
∎ Prepare & implement comprehensive business plan to facilitate and achievement by planning, cost effective operations & development activities.
∎ Ensure and oversee company's performances, investments & other business ventures.
∎ Establish and monitor staff performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities and conduct performance appraisal.
∎ Continuous monitoring the non-revenue annual budget and if required revising the operational policies & guidelines to achieve ABP.
∎ Any other task assigned by higher management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Creative Thinking and Multitasking, Gap analysis and corrective plan, Operation, people Management, Team Management.
∎ Minimum 15 years of relevant experience is required.
∎ A proven track record of successfully managing operations team.
∎ A high level of business awareness and acumen.
∎ Understanding the intricacies of financial management.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication & organizational skills.
∎ Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong crisis/ conflict medication skills
