Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline from a reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Must have practical experience in related field, Woven Garments Operation

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for operation & operational staff control & management.
∎ Work with merchant & marketing team to utilize 100% capacity.
∎ Work with internal teams to waste reduction & continuous improvement of production.
∎ To coordinate Production, Quality, IE & Planning team to future orders, present order status, and product costing and to discuss capacity status of the factory/s.
∎ Set KPI for all operational people, observer & share information to TOP management monthly basis.
∎ Set an environment which is friendly for both employees & buyers.
∎ Communicate with TOP management for any suggestion, any other order given by TOP management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills.
∎ Good communication and strong presentation skills.
∎ Must have good computer skills in office packages (Ms-word, Ms-excel, internet & e-mail, etc.

Salary: Negotiable
