• Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference

• Age 45 to 55 years
• Only Male

• The candidate must be minimum B.Sc. in Textile Graduate (Spinning) From BUTEX only.

• The applicants should have experience in the Textile Engineering.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile (Spinning).

• Must have strong knowledge of processing Ring and Rotor Spinning of 100% Cotton, PC/CVC, Mélange, MVS Yarn and Fancy Yarns. Candidates with maintenance background will be preferred.

• He should be dynamic, result oriented, cost conscious and conversant with modern quality and production management system.

• It is essential that he should work as a team leader to run a spinning mill as an efficient profit center.

• Must be adequate knowledge to run 150,000 spindles of spinning mills.

• At least 25 years of working experience in spinning sector for Executive director.

• At least 20 years of working experience at factory level for General Manager.

• Appointed GM will have to stay in the mill site in Gazipur & Rupganj area in Bangladesh

• You have to take total responsibility of factories all Machineries (A to Z) Maintenance, production and quality achieved up to the mark.

• Overall Responsibility for Marketable Quality, Optimization of Production scheduled & Other Maintenance of each machine & equipment creating a motivated work team at the plant.

• You will be reporting directly to the Chairman of the Company.

• You will streamline / modify existing Daily Reporting systems to reflect Productivity & Other parameters in line with benchmarked systems to reflect Productivity.

• Must be capable mentally to work under pressure.

• Any other work assigned by management.
