- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Minimum B.Sc. Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) / Information Technology (IT) / Cyber Security or any other relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Relevant professional training or certification in IT Security / Network Security will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
Workplace: Dhaka (with support to other offices as required)
Ensuring overall IT and cyber security of BKMEA’s servers, networks, applications, and digital infrastructure
Implementing, monitoring, and maintaining security measures for Windows and Linux servers, including access control, system hardening, patching, and log monitoring
Managing and securing network infrastructure, including MikroTik routers, firewalls, switches, LAN/WAN, VPN, and remote access systems
Monitoring and managing antivirus, malware protection, firewall rules, intrusion prevention, and security plugins
Regularly reviewing system and network logs to identify security threats, vulnerabilities, and unusual activities
Managing backup security, data integrity, restoration testing, and disaster recovery readiness
Supporting and securing Virtual Machines (VMs), hosting environments, and cloud or on-premise resources
Conducting basic security risk assessments, vulnerability checks, and recommending corrective actions
Coordinating with IT, software vendors, hosting providers, and security service providers to resolve security incidents and apply updates
Assisting in defining and maintaining IT security policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Maintaining proper documentation of security configurations, incidents, and preventive actions
