Furniture Manufacturer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work directly with production staff
∎ Develop ongoing quality and making standards.
∎ Provide solutions related to construction/ design issues and develop corrective action plans.
∎ Document process changes and improvements ensuring communication to affected parties.
∎ Assist in determination of required tooling and fixtures for production orders.
∎ Assist production in resolving technical issues with machines/processes.
∎ Assemble development samples for design review, as needed.
∎ Provide engineering recommendations to correct product or process failures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with experience in Sales or Distribution Department of Furniture Manufacturing organization will be highly preferable.
∎ It is a challenging job. So, candidates should be capable of working under pressure, hard working, self-motivated and confident enough to meet physical & psychological challenges.
∎ Candidates need to take care of several issues at a time. S/he must be capable of multitasking.
∎ Candidates must understand the production process and identify the scope for sales opportunity.
∎ Candidates must have good analytical and quick decision making ability.
∎ Written and verbal communication in English is highly desirable.
