Responsibilities:

  • Overall management of the front desk office.

  • Excellent English & Bangla typing skill.

  • Arranging and maintaining reception services & office.

  • Receive/transfer Phone calls.

  • Distribute and handle all incoming and outgoing mail and documents.

  • Maintaining different logs & registers.

  • Arranging official meeting schedules and appointments.

  • Welcome and acknowledge guests and direct the guest to the right person to meet.

  • Responsible to keep all types of record relating to Front / Reception Desk.

  • Perform any other tasks as assigned.
