Liaising with internal customers and ensuring business objectives are met.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
Promoting the Company Services and establishing the brand image.
Provide detailed information for all kinds of services/policies/offers provided by the company.
Understand customer requirements and suggest as per the requirements.
Maintaining high standards in servicing customers.
Providing reports as per Management requirements.
Other responsibilities as per the requirement.
After successful completion of your contractual period it would be renewed or promoted as a full time employee.
