• Conduct telemarketing to promote tourist visa services and identify potential clients.
• Hunt for new customers through phone calls and social media platforms.
• Assist clients in the tourist visa application process, including initial file opening and necessary documentation.
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients after file initiation until completion.
• Support the visa processing team with application-related tasks.
• Achieve individual sales targets set by the company.
• Engage in social media follow-up and lead generation through platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.
• Maintain proper communication and provide accurate information to clients.
• Prepare and maintain client records and application updates.
