On-Camera Video Participation

  • The selected candidate will be required to appear in promotional videos for the company’s marketing and client engagement efforts.
  • Face visibility is mandatory during recordings. The candidate should be comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
  • They will need to deliver scripted dialogues clearly and effectively, aligning with the company’s communication tone and branding.
  • As part of this requirement, camera shyness or hesitation with public speaking on video will be a disqualifying factor.


Responsibilities & Context:

Client Outreach & Promotion:

  • Conduct telemarketing campaigns to promote tourist visa services and identify potential leads.
  • Actively hunt for new clients via phone calls and social media platforms.

Client Support & Application Assistance:

  • Guide clients through the tourist visa application process, including file initiation and document collection.
  • Maintain continuous follow-up with clients from initial consultation through application completion.

Visa Processing Support:

  • Collaborate with the visa processing team by assisting in file handling and application-related documentation.

Sales & Performance:

  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets set by the company.
  • Contribute to team goals through high-quality client service and lead conversion.

Social Media Engagement:

  • Conduct follow-ups and generate leads using platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and others.
  • Support the team in digital promotion and community engagement.

Communication & Documentation:

  • Provide clear, professional, and accurate information to clients at all stages.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive client records, file updates, and reporting as required.
