Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & Implement brand communication plans for the group
∎ Facilitate planning and executing different events
∎ Prepare & execute effective campaign plans (both online & offline)
∎ Establish & maintain relationship with different stakeholders (BGMEA members, suppliers, events team, industry leaders, government officials, influential persons and delegates)
∎ Assist in ensuring Employer Branding and Internal Communication
∎ Prepare sponsorship plans that ensure brand recognition and positive ROI
∎ Execute activities to communicate business value proposition to stakeholders
∎ Source, develop and procure corporate Brand items for key stakeholders
∎ Manage social media accounts of the Group (Facebook, LinkedIn)
∎ Any other task, assigned by the appropriate authority
∎ Carrying our Content Creative Works-drawing it form sketch to execution
∎ Assisting in Corporate Affairs daily activities like conducting meetings, drawing up summary of meetings, decision follow ups
∎ Supporting any initiative taken by the top management
