Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: - Managing incoming and outgoing calls as well as email promptly.
- Determine the needs of the consumer, make information clear, investigate each problem, and offer remedies or alternatives.
- Check and respond to each reservation's email correspondence.
- Maintain updated travel advisory for international bookings.
- Communicate within cross-teams to resolve when any issue arises.
- Familiarity with call handing & e-mail responses and practices.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Report Reservation Manager time to time with update and details.
- Active in a positive customer support role.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Manage end to end booking procedure.
- Should be knowledgeable with Re-issuing, Re-validating, Refunding, and Upgrading.
- Should have experience and knowledge in operating GDS system (Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus).
- Any other relevant duties as and when assigned by the management for the betterment of the company.
