Additional Requirements:
Good understanding of web applications, databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and server environments (Linux/Windows).
Familiarity with cloud platforms will be considered an advantage.
Hands-on knowledge of APIs, system integration, and troubleshooting web portals.
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and operations/product teams.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain and monitor the company’s web portals and online booking systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
Work closely with the Operations/Product team to align system functionalities with business requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in booking engines, B2B/B2C portals, and related applications.
Support integration and performance optimization of travel-related APIs (airlines, GDS, hotels, payment gateways, etc.).
Manage system performance, uptime, and security for web-based platforms.
Collaborate with developers for deploying updates, patches, and new features.
Implement proper backup, recovery, and monitoring protocols for portal data.
Ensure compliance with data security and company policies.
Provide technical support to operations teams for smooth product execution.
Document system configurations, changes, and support processes.
