Additional Requirements:
- Experience in the travel, e-commerce, or OTA industry is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and online booking platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (Freshers with strong skills may apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
- Experience with SQL for data querying.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) preferred.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and web traffic analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
Collect, clean, and analyze data from internal systems, booking platforms, customer databases, and external sources.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and dashboards for various departments.
Identify trends, patterns, and key insights to support business decisions.
Develop and maintain automated reporting tools and data visualization dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
Support management with ad hoc analysis and presentations.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting.
Assist in customer behavior, marketing campaign, and revenue trend analysis.
