Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure implementation of P.A.C.E. program
∎ Support compliance and sustainability team in implementing different programs (e.g. Supervisory skill training, workplace cooperation program on sexual harassment (POSH)
∎ Assist team members in different social audits (BSCI, SMETA, WRAP, SLCP) and Organic Certifications (OCS, RCS, GOTS, GRS & OEKO-TEX etc.
∎ Make Training Plan: Arrange and execute training, Make schedule for P.A.C.E. program, Communicate with factory concern, Share plan to project handler, communicate with P.A.C.E. Programmer regular basis
∎ Conduct Training: Life skill Training, Workers development, motivation and counseling. Inform and discuss with project head before conducting any training, Take part in training as per schedule with the selected participants, Design appropriate non-formal education program and ensure that the program is managed effectively and efficiently in according to the approved strategies and plans
∎ Prepare and Monitor Annually: Design, Plan, coordinate and implement different different training programs for capacity building of the partners and monitor
∎ Monitor training capacity of training members: Manage and ensure smooth functioning of the training
∎ Facilitate training feedback: Collect and preserve the feedback after training program
∎ Participate/Implement different project like P.A.C.E: Attend the training and awareness program as resource person regarding social compliance and also giving motivation to follow the guidelines of social compliance.
