Responsibilities & Context:
ACI Motors Limited, one of the subsidiaries of ACI, deals in Automobile & Agri-machineries such as; Motorcycle, Tractor, Power Tiller, Harvester, Diesel Engine, Pump, Generator and Construction Equipment. Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, legal and regulatory requirements.
Stay updated with current laws and regulations (e.g., labor, tax, company laws).
Prepare and submit necessary compliance reports to various regulatory bodies. (e.g., RJSC, BIDA, NBR, DCCI, Fire Service, Environment, etc.).
Assist in internal audits and compliance risk assessments.
Liaise with legal consultants when required.
Maintain accurate documentation of licenses, permits, contracts, and renewal records.
Oversee general office administration including facility management, logistics, and supply inventory.
Maintain records of company assets, office lease agreements, utility bills, and administrative expenses.
Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment, security, and all kinds of vendor management.
Support HR with administrative tasks like leave records, ID card issuance, onboarding documentation, etc.
Organize and maintain efficient systems for filing, archiving, and document retrieval.
Any other tasks given by Supervisor.
