Context:

We are looking for an Executive- Compliance for our factory. This position ensures the company’s adherence to legal regulations and internal policies related to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), environmental safety, and factory discipline. The role requires conducting risk assessments, enforcing preventive measures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments, identify hazards, and implement preventive measures.

• Review and update OHS and compliance policies as per local and international standards.

• Organize and conduct safety training and awareness sessions for employees.

• Investigate and document incidents, analyze root causes, and ensure corrective actions.

• Monitor unsafe acts, equipment, and hazardous substances, ensuring workplace safety.

• Prepare and maintain compliance/audit reports (BSCI, SEDEX, GSV, Alliance, etc.).

• Oversee hygiene, safety, and environmental conditions across factory premises.

• Liaise with auditors, buyers, and government bodies to meet compliance requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation, records, and follow-up on CAPs.

• Ensure discipline, worker welfare, and positive workplace relations.

• Perform other compliance and safety-related tasks as assigned.
