Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the most accurate decision on color to be granted in both Dye House & Finishing stages.
∎ Responsible to maintain the color continuity cards for Dye House & Finished Levels.
∎ Responsible for Production targets/internal Rejections/Production optimization controls and those to be established according to the targets.
∎ Ensure the most accurate decision on color to be granted in finishing stage on stenter and compactor machines.
∎ Responsible for managing staff in Shifts with ZERO negative impact in production.
∎ Responsible for generating daily production reports at the end of the shifts.
∎ Any other tasks assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong technical knowledge in production and quality system
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate inspectors.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Word, Excel.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
