∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering

∎ Age 25 to 33 years
∎ Proven working experience in Civil Engineering.
∎ Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar.
∎ Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.
∎ Project management and supervision skills.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ The license of the professional engineer.
∎ Proven working experience in Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Creating and following up on the project's schedule and supervising construction works.
∎ To review the project plans & specifications & comments on the building decisions and changes.
∎ To assist the estimator in the preparation of the project budget
∎ To control and monitor labour materials and equipment expenses.
∎ To monitor safety & ensure that the requirement of the Occupational Health and Safety Act is enforced and ensure proper compliance.
∎ To have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with owners as well as effectively lead the project execution.
∎ To carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
∎ To monitor progress and compile reports on project status.
∎ To comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
