Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of digital campaigns, and online platforms.
Ability to work with large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets – Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Charts; Docs; Slides; Drive; Data Studio).
Responsibilities & Context:
Collect and analyse data, track metrics, create dashboards, and provide insights to optimise strategic campaigns in digital marketing.
Manage campaigns, track performance, support marketing activities, conduct market research, and manage the company’s Facebook page.
Support daily operations, prepare MIS reports, analyse performance, and recommend improvements.
Perform online research and extract insights for business decisions.
Analyse program data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Prepare reports and dashboards, present insights, and support management decisions.
Assist in developing and implementing strategic policies to improve business processes, data management, and marketing strategies.
