Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist - with manage company accounts to help our company.
∎ Experience in Foodpanda, Shohoz, Pathao or Delivery Company will be preferred.
∎ In this position, the candidate will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing & sales plans, and creative planning and execution.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Incumbents must have good communication skills.
∎ Have a good knowledge of E-commerce Digital Marketing Strategy.
∎ Creative planning and execution of all the digital marketing campaigns, including good Graphics Designing Knowledge.
∎ Expertise in Social Media platforms marketing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ad-Sense, managing digital marketing campaigns, and YouTube marketing.
∎ Creates necessary marketing database, email, social media advertising, conducts advertising campaign, and product photoshoots for the campaign.
∎ Products Management, Order Management.
∎ Execute all digital marketing, including Facebook posting, post boosting, and responding.
∎ Plan and execute all the digital marketing campaigns as per company needs.
∎ Launch Optimized Digital Campaigns through Google Ad words, social media, Blog, Website & email, etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
∎ Must have good Knowledge to handle E-commerce website marketing and updating the company website.
∎ Coordinate closely with relevant teams (i.e. sales, product, and technical) to plan and execute effective campaigns.
∎ Develop relevant content, publish in digital channels and regularly maintain the channels (i.e. social media, web, email, etc.) to reach the company's target customers.
∎ Conduction of routine tasks assigned by the management and providing feedback to the management as per company requirements.
∎ Assistance to the superior and management as required.
∎ Incumbents must have the ability to work under pressure and have honesty and punctuality.
∎ Incumbents must be highly energetic, enthusiastic, hardworking, honest, punctual dedicated, Motivated, proactive, and willing to work under pressure.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Graduate/ BBA / MBA (preferably in Marketing) from any reputed University.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Promotion, Digital Marketing, Accounts.
