Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute strategic and tactical business plans in consultation with the business head to achieve targeted revenue and profit targets.
∎ Exposure to work with medical professionals and hospitals.
∎ Lead generation and conversions from various sources- Doctors/Hospitals/Direct Patients.
∎ Revenue Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual target achievement as per the business.
∎ Responsible for driving Market Development activities.
∎ Analysis of competitor information and market intelligence.
∎ To visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities in the neighborhood with a view to increasing the referrals to the hospital.
∎ Manage existing relationships with doctors and insurance companies.
∎ Any others task assigned by the management from time to time.
