Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure managing of all aspects of the brand through the supply chain both tangible and intangible.
∎ Analyze the brand and current strategy and highlighting areas of weaknesses or conflicting messages.
∎ Prepare brand plan and brand strategy to ensure all aspects of the product or companies marketing and activities align with the ethos and goals of the brand.
∎ Ensure sourcing of suppliers and products that fit with the brand context.
∎ Prepare an enduring brand message which results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improving market share.
∎ Promote the brand internally making sure all elements of the company; understand the brand and its goals.
∎ Maintain close working relationship with all parts of the company to ensure commercial goals of the brand are met.
∎ Develop and ensure sustaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
∎ Identify key part in buying, sourcing and manufacturing of the brands products and ensuring all aspects of the supply chain align with the brand.
∎ Develop high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy.
∎ Assess sales forecast and volume for the brand ensuring all parts of the company are geared accordingly.
∎ Prepare brand strategy to directors, sales and marketing teams at internal meetings and conferences.
∎ Ensuring marketing budgets are met.
∎ Ensure new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximizing all opportunities for growth.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Written and Verbal Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Inter-personal communication skills.
∎ Well-organized and detail-oriented.
∎ Computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook).
