Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make phone calls to potential clients and effectively communicate the benefits of our grocery products and services.
∎ Conduct post-delivery follow-up calls to customers to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
∎ Handle customer complaints with a patient and empathetic approach, seeking solutions to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
∎ Assist senior executives in executing marketing strategies both online and offline to promote our grocery items effectively.
∎ Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
