∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA) in BBA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall administration and supervision of the CEO's office
∎ Comprise and prepare various types of CEO's information, maintain all documents /correspondences of CEO's office in a systematic manner
∎ Assist and research information for the CEO to overseas procurement, technical assessment and negotiation
∎ Check mail of the CEO and go through minutely for the next course of action and present it timely to the CEO
∎ Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation) for the CEO
∎ Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules, record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
∎ Receiving and screening visitors and incoming calls, determining the priority matters
∎ Making travel arrangements, preparing itineraries
∎ Provide all types of reports according to the need of management, Liaise with other programs/ line management
∎ Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
∎ Managing databases and filing systems
∎ Organizing events and conferences
∎ Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the CEO
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong ability to execute work with a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens.
∎ Significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives
∎ Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills
∎ Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time
