Experience:

• 2 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Tour Operator

• HSC
• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

Certified or trained in GDS systems (Sabre / Amadeus / Galileo).Certificate or diploma in Travel & Tourism Management. IATA/UFTAA or airline ticketing course will be an advantage. Training on airline fare rules, ticketing, reissue, and refund procedures. Knowledge of BSP and IATA billing systems. Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet. Good typing speed and accuracy.

• Age 18 to 45 years

1. Operate GDS systems (Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus) for flight booking, reissue, revalidation, cancellation, and refund.

2. Issue, reissue, and endorse air tickets according to airline rules and fare policies.

3. Handle ticket refunds, voids, and exchanges as per airline and IATA policies.

4. Provide fare quotation, routing options, and travel solutions to clients.

5. Follow Ministry of Civil Aviation rules and regulations strictly.

6. Maintain proper documentation for ticketing, refunds, and client records.

7. Coordinate with airlines for schedule changes, rebooking, and special cases.

8. Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and office visits.

9. Ensure accuracy in daily sales, ticketing, and refund reports.

10. Follow company policies and instructions from management.
