Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Tour Operator

• Bachelor/Honors

Certification or hands-on training in Air Ticketing & Reservation will be an added advantage Training on GDS systems (Sabre / Amadeus / Galileo) preferred Knowledge of airline fare rules, ticket reissue, refund, and cancellation procedures Training in Sales & Marketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a plus Basic training in office applications (MS Word, Excel, Email & Internet)Strong communication skills in Bangla & English (spoken and written)Ability to work in a target-oriented and pressure-driven environment Positive attitude, honesty, discipline, and willingness to learn

1. Promote and sell domestic & international air tickets to corporate and individual clients.

2. Generate new clients through direct marketing, phone calls, social media, and corporate visits.

3. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.

4. Provide accurate fare quotations, airline schedules, and travel solutions.

5. Coordinate with Reservation & Ticketing Team to ensure smooth booking and ticket issuance.

6. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.

7. Prepare daily and monthly sales reports and client follow-up records.

8. Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly.

9. Promote company services including air tickets, visa assistance, and tour packages.
