Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
- Bachelor’s Degree in CSE/EEE from a reputed university will also be given preference.

Additional Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in CCTV Monitoring and Security Surveillance, including leadership roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CCTV Systems. DVR/ NVR Technology, and basic Networking. Familiarity with AI-based Surveillance Systems will be a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze Surveillance Footage for unusual or suspicious activity.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to report incidents and coordinate with authority.
Responsibilities & Context:
1. Supervision and Monitoring:
Monitoring the continuous operation of the CCTV System and display of all Establishments of the Company.
Ensure live monitoring of critical areas and incident Security Incidents, Accidents/ Mishaps to Authority.
Coordinate with the Security Department for immediate response to suspicious activities and with the reliever.
2. System Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Ensure that all Cameras, Recording Devices, and Monitoring Equipment are functioning properly.
Liaise with technical support teams to troubleshoot any Hardware or Software issues.
3. Data Management & Reporting:
Ensure that Footage is properly recorded and stored securely, following company or legal requirements.
Manage access to recorded footage, including archived and deleted items.
Compiling Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly reports on Security Incidents and system status.
4. Team Leadership:
Lead a Team of CCTV Operators or Security Staff, ensuring they are well-trained and performing effectively.
Assign shifts, review work performance, and provide feedback to the authority.
5. Compliance & Legal Adherence:
Ensure compliance with company regulations regarding Video Surveillance and privacy laws.
Work and consult with legal teams and auditors to ensure that data handling and storage are complied with.
6. System Improvements:
Evaluate current systems and recommend upgrades or improvements.
Work with management to plan and budget for future enhancements to the Security Infrastructure.
