Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Repair: Performing preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on conveyor systems to prevent operational halts.
Component Replacement: Replacing rollers, pulleys, belts, motors, and bearings.
Alignment & Tensioning: Adjusting and aligning belts for optimal functionality.
Splicing: Performing belt vulcanizing and mechanical fastener repairs.
Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving electrical (PLC, motors) and mechanical failures.
