Responsibilities & Context:
সংশ্লিষ্ট এরিয়াতে মাসিক শিডিউল অনুযায়ী প্রত্যেকটি লিফটের মান্থলি রুটিন সার্ভিস কমপ্লিট করতে হবে এবং সিআরএম সফটওয়্যার এর মাধ্যমে কাস্টমার ফিডব্যাক নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
লিফটের যেকোনো টেকনিক্যাল সমস্যা সমাধানের ক্ষেত্রে ২৪ ঘণ্টা অন-কল বেসিসে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী উপস্থিত হয়ে সার্ভিস প্রদান করা।
উর্ধতন-কর্মকর্তাদের সাথে সমন্বয় করে কাজে অংশগ্রহণ করে নতুন কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা গ্রহণ করা।
বিভাগীয় প্রধান কর্তৃক নির্দেশিত অন্যান্য কার্যাবলী সম্পাদন।
