Additional Requirements:

• Age At least 18 years

• Must have previous technical/repair experience.

• Strong troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to handle physical workload.

• Knowledge of MS Excel.

• Technical Knowledge of ERP Software or any other store management software.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Install and maintain AC, Refrigerators.

• Diagnose and repair AC & Refrigerator issues.

• Respond to assigned work orders on time.

• Perform regular maintenance work on the cooling units.

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.

• Install, replace, or repair equipment that has been damaged.

• Adjust and calibrate the thermostatic controls.

• Manage inventory of parts and components on assigned Service Trucks.

• Participates in "on-call" rotation within the department, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
