Responsibilities & Context:
Repair the circuit of cooling products, AC, and Refrigerators
Visit & provide solutions to the customers.
Conduct thorough diagnostics and repairs on a variety of white goods, ensuring all work meets manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
Update and learn new technology & share this knowledge with the third-party technician team.
Maintain detailed records of service calls, including the nature of the problem, work performed, and any parts replaced, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
