• Diploma in Engineering

• Must have good knowledge on HVAC.

• Knowledge and skills about electrical maintenance

• Preferable from company electronic equipment’s experience

• Understanding about the importance of company fire system

• Aware about company internal policy and office etiquettes

• Good knowledge of proper safety and industrial hygiene.

Perform journey-level work in the installation, construction, modification, repair and maintenance of HVAC system, electrical apparatuses & Fire system.

• Perform inspection, maintenance, repairs, and installation of air conditioning systems.

• Carry out maintenance checks on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

• Clean the evaporator drain pan, filter, Evaporator & Condenser coil.

• Find out any faulty & error and perform troubleshooting of air conditioning system.

• Proper knowledge of AC unit installation system.

• To execute and to make sure the dispositions of Environment, Health and Safety are being complied.

• Installs and repairs electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment.

• Installs power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment.

• Replaces faulty electrical components of machine, such as relays, switches, and positions sensing devices, using hand tools

• To perform electrical panel monitoring & Maintenance work.

• Conducting routine inspections of fire safety equipment, including fire extinguisher, fire alarms & fire sprinkler system.

• Maintaining & repairing fire safety equipment to ensure it is in working order.

• Installing fire safety equipment, such as fire alarms and sprinkler systems

• Find out the fault & troubleshooting of firefighting system.

• Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule.

• Perform any other operation-related function indicated by immediate supervisor.
