• Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Group of Companies, Cement Industry

• Age At least 30 years
• Only Male

Hands-on experience in:

• Packing Plant Systems

• Unloading equipment

• Compressors

• VRM / Ball Mill / Roller Press

• Practical knowledge of packer operation and maintenance

• Strong understanding of packer components and spares

• Knowledge of scheduled maintenance procedures for packers and compressors

• Mechanical troubleshooting expertise

• Spare parts management

• Preventive and breakdown maintenance planning

• Conduct machine condition monitoring using vibration analysis techniques.

• Supervise and control all mechanical maintenance activities related to the packing plant, unloading systems, VRM, ball mill, and roller press.

• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs with proper documentation and audits.

• Minimize equipment downtime and Mean Time Between Breakdowns (MTBB).

• Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual maintenance reports.

• Maintain optimum inventory levels of mechanical spare parts for uninterrupted maintenance.

• Ensure smooth functioning of Ball Mill auxiliaries, compressors, water treatment plant, and pay-loaders through regular upkeep.

• Attend and resolve emergency mechanical breakdowns promptly.

• Train and guide technicians to improve technical skills, productivity, and maintenance efficiency.

• Enforce housekeeping standards and ensure plant and machinery cleanliness.

• Use AutoCAD for layouts/modifications and MS Office for reporting and documentation.

• Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
