Fiber optic cable installation and maintenance
Fiber splicing, jointing, and termination
OTDR testing and link troubleshooting
Fault identification and quick restoration of fiber links
Route maintenance (overhead & underground fiber)
Support and guide junior field technicians
Ensure proper field work reporting
