Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a Sewing Machine Technician who specialized in the maintenance, repair, and optimization of industrial and domestic sewing machines.
Have to knowledge and experience of Single needle, Double needle, Three head sewing machine, Kansai, Zig-zag, Juki, Brother, Sunstar, Singer, Zoje and other machine repair and troubleshooting.
Adjusting sewing machine parts.
Regulating the length and stroke of the needle (Adjustment).
Setting the timing.Cleaning and oiling regularly.
Changing spare parts.
Inspecting shafts and belts and repairing broken transmission belts and motors.
Checking stitch quality.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues and provide solutions.
Ensuring that sewing machines are operating efficiently and effectively.
Keeping accurate records of service history, repairs, maintenance and other work as required.
