Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Team Leadership and Supervision: Leads and coaches instrument technicians, assigns daily tasks, monitors performance, and ensures quality craftsmanship.

• Maintenance Planning & Execution: Coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance, shutdowns, and turnarounds to ensure instrument reliability.

• Calibration & Compliance: Ensures all field instruments are calibrated to standards, adhering to safety and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.

• Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Diagnoses and resolves complex issues with control systems (DCS/PLC/ESD), analyzers, and field instruments.

• Operational Coordination: Collaborates with operations, engineering, and reliability teams to minimize downtime and improve system performance.

• Inventory & Documentation: Manages spare parts inventory, reviews P&IDs and inspection certificates, and maintains updated technical documentation.

• Project Involvement: Supports new project installations, loop testing, commissioning, and ensures maintainability of new equipment.
