Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Setup and Operation: Installing and configuring AV equipment like LED walls, projectors, microphones, mixers, and lighting rigs, often reading floor plans to optimize performance.
Live Event Support: Monitoring and adjusting sound levels, video feeds, and lighting cues during presentations or events to ensure smooth operation.
Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving audio, video, and connectivity issues quickly to minimize downtime.
Maintenance and Inventory: Performing regular inspections, cleaning, and testing of equipment, ensuring proper storage, and tracking inventory levels.
Cable Management and Connectivity: Managing cable runs, ensuring secure connections, and configuring AV systems, including video conferencing gear.
Client Collaboration: Meeting with clients to understand technical requirements, providing support, and communicating technical information in understandable terms
