Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise daily engineering workshop and maintenance activities to ensure smooth and safe operations.
Monitor fabrication, repair, installation, and preventive maintenance works of mechanical/electrical equipment and utility systems.
Guide technicians and helpers in machine operation, troubleshooting, welding, fabrication, and maintenance practices.
Ensure proper use of tools, spare parts, and workshop equipment while maintaining safety, GMP, GDP, and EHS compliance.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and project teams for breakdown support, shutdown activities, and equipment installations.
Maintain maintenance records, work schedules, and reports, and perform any other task assigned by the supervisor or department head.
