Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Executive, Admin to provide clerical and administrative support to the CEO and management. The role involves coordination of daily office, household, travel, and support staff activities to ensure smooth operations.

Office time: 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate supporting staff, including house maids, office assistants, and admin supervisors, as per instructions

  • Act as the point of contact for drivers; manage duty schedules, locations, and ensure smooth transportation arrangements

  • Schedule and coordinate doctor appointments and routine health check-ups for the CEO and family

  • Handle visa renewal tracking, travel planning, guest visits, airport assistance, and protocol services for the CEO, family, and foreign guests

  • Coordinate household maintenance, minor renovation follow-ups, and delivery of office items to the CEO’s residence

  • Ensure timely purchase and availability of pet food (cats and fish) through follow-up with support staff

  • Manage administrative purchases for the CEO’s house and office, including sourcing items locally and from abroad when required

  • Arrange restaurant bookings and reservations as instructed and report confirmation details

  • Maintain petty cash records, coordinate with accounts for fund collection, usage, and proper documentation

  • Assist in organizing company events and related administrative support when required
