  • Dedication and integrity are expected from the interested candidate
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of expertise in MS Office Suite is required

Responsibilities & Context:

As an Executive/Sr. Executive in our Retail Sales Department, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business. With a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets, you will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Sales Generation

  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of our product range, offering expert advice to customers.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Deliver comprehensive sales reports to the supervisor/management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

New Business Initiatives

  • Identify areas for enhancement in the sales process, proposing and implementing improvements.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities for new business development.
  • Keep abreast of product features, specifications, and industry trends.
  • Skillfully negotiate and close deals to drive revenue.
  • Establish and manage an efficient sales pipeline and lead management process.
  • Actively participate in relevant events, overseeing future activities and strategic planning.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to provide tailored solutions to customers.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Accurately forecast cashflow and ensure timely payment realization.
  • Provide personalized assistance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare and submit precise and timely sales reports to the management.
  • Analyze sales trends, offering insights to optimize sales strategies.

Administrative

  • Effectively manage showroom operations to create an inviting and customer-friendly environment.
  • Assist in coordinating marketing and events-related activities.
